No. An organisation may only be licensed for particular routes, and an individual job and applicant must also meet the relevant immigration requirements.
An A-rating is the normal full sponsor licence rating and allows a sponsor to assign Certificates of Sponsorship where the relevant requirements are met.
A sponsor may be downgraded to a B-rating if it fails to continue meeting its sponsor responsibilities. Restrictions can apply until required improvements are completed.
