Profile → Data & privacy in the Sponsoro application is where key personnel manage personal data exports, privacy requests, and account closure. This page describes what you can do there and when to use our website forms instead.
If you are a sponsored worker using the worker portal, contact your employer first — they control your employment and immigration records in Sponsoro.
Sign in with the email invited to your organisation, then open Profile → Data & privacy. The direct link below works once you are authenticated (otherwise you will see sign-in):
App URL: app.sponsoro.co.uk/settings/data-privacy
In Data & privacy you can typically:
Removing your user account does not delete the whole organisation workspace, worker records, or documents other colleagues rely on. Use the organisation deletion workflow when you intend to close the entire customer account.
Organisation administrators can use in-app privacy tooling to:
To permanently delete an entire Sponsoro workspace — all users, workers and documents for that organisation — follow the organisation deletion path in the app or use our dedicated guide:
Worker personal data in Sponsoro is processed on behalf of your employer. Sponsoro cannot delete or amend worker records without instruction from the controller, except where required by law.
Workers should contact their organisation's HR or Data Protection contact. The app may expose a DPO or privacy queue address configured by your employer.
Valid data subject requests are answered within one month under UK GDPR, unless an extension applies for complex requests. In-app submissions are tied to your authenticated account and are usually processed faster than email.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@sponsoro.co.uk or use the form on Delete your organisation for whole-workspace closure requests.
Sign in and open Data & privacy for exports, erasure requests, and organisation deletion when you are authorised.
Whole-workspace deletion: use in-app controls or /delete-organisation if you cannot sign in.
