Governance risk

Your sponsor licence shouldn't depend on one person's memory.

These are ordinary business events, but they affect the governance of your sponsor licence. Sponsors must maintain eligible key personnel throughout the life of the licence — Sponsoro keeps those changes visible.

Governance controls

Never leave a critical role unowned.

If your Authorising Officer is leaving, the workflow shouldn't allow the role to quietly become empty. Sponsoro can require a replacement as part of the same change process.

Governance becomes a controlled process — not another reminder.

Change workflows

Turn personnel changes into compliance workflows.

When key personnel change, Sponsoro can create the corresponding review and reporting workflow automatically. The person changing and the sponsorship consequence remain connected.

Level 1 User access

Keep Level 1 User access under control.

Level 1 Users carry out significant day-to-day sponsorship activity through the SMS. Sponsoro gives your organisation a separate governance view of who should have that responsibility.
  • Active users who require sponsorship access
  • Role owner — why access is needed
  • Review date and employment status
  • Removal required — access that should end

Prevent access from surviving longer than the business reason behind it.

Change history

Keep the history when people change.

Your current key personnel list tells you who holds the role today. Your compliance history should tell you how you got there — previous holder, new holder, reason, reporting workflow and reference.
  • Previous holders and change history
  • Relevant evidence

Explain the transition months later without reconstructing it from old emails.
