Worker data
AvailableBring your sponsored workforce into Sponsoro quickly.
Supported information can include:
- employee identifier
- worker name
- sponsorship information
- salary
- working hours
- occupation details
- relevant dates
- Right to Work share code where available
Important
Importing worker information does not automatically complete statutory compliance processes such as a Right to Work check. Sponsoro keeps data import and formal compliance actions separate.
Payroll data
Check what payroll means for your sponsored workforce.
- Worker identifier — Match payroll records to sponsored workers.
- Gross pay — Assess actual pay for the relevant period.
- Pay period — Apply the assessment to the correct timeframe.
- Working hours — Use the appropriate working pattern where required.

Sponsoro

Documents & evidence
Understand what each piece of evidence supports.
- Evidence for Right to Work
- Evidence for Certificate of Sponsorship
- Evidence for salary
- Evidence for employment
- Evidence for recruitment
- Evidence for reporting

Integrations shouldn't create another source of truth
Bring in the information needed to answer sponsor-compliance questions.
HR
owns employee data.
Payroll
owns payment data.
Official systems
own official submissions.
Sponsoro
owns the compliance workflow connecting them.
That keeps responsibilities clear.
What happens when systems disagree?
Understand when the differences matter.
Sponsoro doesn't need to own every system. It needs to understand when the information across them creates a sponsor-compliance issue.
A normal integration might simply synchronise one value. Sponsoro should identify the disagreement — the goal isn't merely to keep systems synced, but to understand when differences matter.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does Sponsoro replace our HR software?
No. Sponsoro is designed to complement your HR platform by providing specialist sponsor licence compliance workflows.
Can I import my existing sponsored workers?
Yes. Sponsoro supports bulk worker imports using CSV.
Can Sponsoro import payroll data?
Yes. Payroll information can be imported for sponsored-worker salary assessments.
Does importing a Right to Work share code complete the check?
No. A share code can be stored as part of the worker information, but the required Right to Work process must still be completed through the appropriate checking route.
Can Sponsoro connect directly to our HR or payroll platform?
Native integrations are being expanded. If you have a specific HR or payroll system you want connected, you can request it from the integrations team.
Does Sponsoro submit reports directly to the Home Office?
No. Official submissions remain within the relevant Home Office process. Sponsoro manages the compliance workflow surrounding the submission.
Will Sponsoro offer an API?
API and webhook access are part of Sponsoro's integration direction for organisations that need custom or deeper system connections.
Keep your systems.
Workforce data comes from HR. Pay comes from payroll. Evidence comes from across the organisation. Sponsoro brings the sponsor-compliance position together.
Connect the compliance consequences.
No card required.
Sponsoro doesn't need to own every system. It needs to understand when the information across them creates a sponsor-compliance issue.
