High-volume workforce operations need more than a spreadsheet

Does this affect our sponsor licence?

When you manage a changing workforce, sponsorship information can quickly become fragmented. Then something changes.
HR holds one record.Payroll has another.Operational teams know where the worker is.Contracts sit somewhere else.Compliance keeps a spreadsheet.

Sponsoro brings those pieces together.

Third-party working needs visibility

A client location does not automatically make a role compliant or non-compliant.

The important question is how the work is structured. If those circumstances change, the worker can be surfaced for review.
  • Who employs the worker
  • Who controls their duties
  • What service or project they are delivering
  • Where they are working
  • Who is responsible for their outputs
  • Relevant contract information
  • Project or assignment dates
  • Supporting evidence

Don't let a commercial assignment change quietly alter the sponsorship picture.

Sponsoro provides compliance workflow and evidence management. It does not determine whether a complex third-party arrangement is legally permissible where professional immigration advice is required.

Track changing work locations

A location change should not disappear into an operational system without reaching compliance.

Recruitment and staffing organisations may have workers operating across different client or project locations.

Give compliance visibility without slowing operations down

Recruiters don't need to become immigration specialists.

They need a simple way to surface the information that matters — for example, when a work location changes.

“Ahmed's work location changed.”

Sponsoro handles the next layer:

This worker is sponsored. Review the sponsorship impact.

That keeps operational teams moving while giving the compliance team control over the decision.

Give your Authorising Officer an organisation-wide view

One sponsor licence. One compliance view.

Sponsorship oversight should not depend on manually combining data from several departments.

Built for recruitment businesses without becoming an ATS

Sponsoro focuses on the sponsorship consequences around sponsored workers.

Those systems manage recruitment and staffing operations. Sponsoro does not replace them.

Your ATS tells you:

Where is the candidate in the process?

Sponsoro helps answer:

What sponsorship evidence supports the role?

Your timesheet system tells you:

How many hours were worked?

Sponsoro helps answer:

Does that change the worker's salary compliance position?

Your CRM tells you:

The client assignment changed.

Sponsoro helps answer:

Does the sponsored worker now require compliance review?

Important for recruitment and staffing organisations

A sponsor licence is not a licence to hire workers out to third parties.

A sponsor licence does not generally allow an organisation to sponsor workers simply so they can be hired out to fill positions at third-party organisations. Where sponsored workers perform work involving a third party, the sponsorship arrangement must still satisfy the relevant Home Office requirements.

Sponsoro helps record, monitor and evidence the operational facts around those arrangements.

Where the legal position is unclear, seek appropriate professional advice.
